3. The resources of the system "PayVision":
	The system is created on the basis of a standard TV net available at the hotel. It doesn't require additional wire and cable installation.
	The system is created on the basis of the TV park available at the hotel. It doesn't require replacement of TV sets and remote control devices to them.
	The system allows to have many PAY TV channels (to 32 units) and any free TV channels.
	The system provides easy use of paid channels. The client simply presses a red button "PAY" on the remote control device and chooses the number of the channel.
	The system warns the client that a pay service is chosen. Before the pay mode is turned on, on the TV screen obligatory appears the informational channel of the system with the rules of use, charges and schedule. Each frame of the pay channel is marked with the sign "PAY".
	The system has a possibility of remote lock of any pay channel from the central processor Reception (parent's key).
	The system allows to have a common announcement channels and fire alarm channels.
	The system allows to have alarm-clock function.
	The system allows monitoring work of every TV in the hotel. It can be done at any time: - from the operators workplace at the Reception - distantly, from any office situated outside the hotel.
	The system has perfect software that allows to control the process of the use of the pay channels by the guests of the hotel without an operator, charge the payment and prepare the bills.
	The system has an installed block of statistical data processing that allows to optimize the structure of TV channels to make the system maximally profitable.
	The system allows to monitor and correct remotely its technical state, remotely (with the access code) receive the data on the proceeds of the system.
	The system doesn't require additional hotel staff.
