Personalized greeting for the guest. The greeting message appears on TV screen after the guest registers at the hotel. |

Group or personal messaging. The hotel management can send messages to the guest (or a group of guests). When the message is sent the TV in the guest's room would switch on automatically (with a sound signal) in order to view the message. |

Fire alarm. Transmission of a fire alarm signal is also possible. During the transmission all TV sets will be switched on automatically. The fire alert message will appear on the screen, followed by the alarm signal. |

"Room service" function (for hotel staff) "Room service" function allows the hotel staff to inform the Reception about a state of a particular room, for example technical personnel could be called to see the room or the state of a mini-bar could be reported. Remote tuning of TV channels. It is possible to tune or re-tune (in case of need) TV channels of television sets in every room of a hotel. The process is fully automatic and does not require presence of personal in every room of the hotel during the tuning of TV channels. |
